Item Extensão universitária e TV Caatinga: agenda setting na formulação de políticas públicas na área de cultura(2025-04-30) Barrozo de Carvalho, Jáder; da Silva Paes, Wanderson; de Jesus Aleixo, Juciane; Franklin Rodrigues Coelho, Willames; Henrique Pereira dos Santos, Marcelo; https://orcid.org/0009-0009-3795-4493; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1508740885153050This article aims to analyze the impact of TV Caatinga, as a digital educational platform, on the formation of the cultural agenda in the Semiarid region, considering the role of television in amplifying cultural themes and encouraging the participation of the university community and society in the collective construction of Cultural agenda. This article is based on the concept of agenda formation, developed by Secchi (2012) and Capella (2018). These authors enter the article, using the theoretical approach of Cobb and Elder, to describe the conditions for a problem to enter the Political Agenda. To this end, qualitative research will be developed regarding the approach and documentary research regarding the collection procedures. In order to meet the outlined objective, we proceed with an explanation about the function of a university television station as a vehicle for disseminating academic productions. Next, we return to the theoretical basis regarding the construction of agendas in public policies. Subsequently, the analysis of the observed material will be contextualized based on previous studies.
