Resumo
The purpose of this Technical Report is to support the implementation of an integrated Institutional Memory Management policy at Univasf, based on the assessment that the lack of structured guidelines undermines the preservation of historical records, document organization, and full access to public information. The report also proposes guidelines and an action plan that can be adapted for use by other public institutions.
