    Every undertaking, whether public or private, needs a minimum structure that allows for its functionality, organization, and achievement of its objectives. This results in daily challenges in overcoming difficulties and creating opportunities for success. In the rural context, these challenges become more impactful due to a lack of administrative experience and specific knowledge. Therefore, this manual aims to provide objective and accessible guidance, especially for leaders of rural associations during their management, to act more efficiently in administration and finance. It presents practical procedures with an emphasis on administrative, financial, and accounting aspects, as a strategy to strengthen family farming that seeks to promote the sustainable development of rural communities through association.
